We saw it, we’ve visited the surroundings and really fast we’ve decided to take it. The apartment is really great, very tastefully furnished and decorated, it has everything we need and we were able to move in and live in it from day 1 (meaning that we didn’t had to buy furniture, kitchen utensils, light bulbs, carpets, bed sheets etc, as you usually do in an apartment in Zurich, due to the fact that 95% of them are offered almost totally empty). It is situated in quiet area, with nice overview of the hills, on one side and of the garden, on the other side. It is close to the town’s center and shops and also it is at 10 minutes’ walk both to the train and the bus stations. Suman told us that every time she chooses and prepares an apartment, she makes sure that it has everything the new tenants will might need, it is accessible and well located, both to public transport and to service areas. And… as we saw, this is true Because Suman wanted that our moving experience is as smooth as possible, she also helped us with different utilities we needed, like tv and internet access, getting a garage parking space, etc. She assures that everything in the apartment is working, that we are pleased with it and if any problem appears, she tries to solved it very fast. I think that we we’re very lucky meeting her and finding this great place which ticks every box on our apartment checklist for a long term stay in Switzerland.
